How to Start Training in Ki Aikido
Saturday, 10 September 2005
How do I get started training in Ki Aikido (ShinShin Toitsu Aikido (Aikido with mind and body coordinated))?

The quickest way is to stop by the dojo before one of our regular classes (see Practice Times to the left), sign the waiver, pay dues (or sign up for one of our promotional offers) and join the class. Please allow approximately 20 to 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork, change clothes, and stretch/warm up before class. See below for what to wear.

If you have questions, feel free to call or email the dojo (under 'Contact Us' to the left) with your questions.
